WELCOME to the ABL Center!
ABL is a multi-functional Center providing FUN, family-oriented activities for adults & for children ages 2-60+.
Our 10,000 sq ft beautiful facility located off of Route 12 in West Boylston and serves a metro Worcester area. The facility provides families in Central Mass with a variety of recreational and competitive programs, including:
  • Ballroom Social & Competitive Dancing for adults
    (Salsa, Cha-Cha, Tango, Waltz, Swing, Foxtrot, Bachata, Rumba, Hustle, Samba, and more);
  • Gymnastics & Tumbling classes for children (3-14 y.o.);
  • Acrobatic Rock-n-Roll recreational & competitive dance team for children (fusion of dance and partner acro and tumbling);
  • Indoor Playground facility for open play for children (1-12 y.o.);
  • Birthday Party venue;
  • Summer Camp, as well as vocational camps in winter & spring;
  • Venue to rent for parties and events.
